Black Queens striker Doris Boaduwaa has completed her move to the Israeli Women's Premier League team, Hapoel Jerusalem FC.
The 21-year-old has signed a two-year contract with Hapoel following her departure from the Serbian club Spartak Subotica at the end of the 2023/24 season.
Boaduwaa's agreement with her new club will keep her in Israel until the end of the 2025/26 season.
Last season in Europe, Boaduwaa made a significant impact at Spartak Subotica, where she scored three goals in the Champions League qualifiers and played a pivotal role in the club's league campaign.
Before her stint in Europe, Boaduwaa developed her skills in Ghana, playing for the Women's Premier League champions, Hasaacas Ladies.
Significantly, Boaduwaa will reunite with her former Hasaacas Ladies teammate, Janet Egyir, at Hapoel, which adds a familiar and supportive element to her transition to the Israeli Women's Premier League.
"I'm very excited to join Hapoel and start a new chapter in my career, aiming to win the championship. Looking forward to meeting you all on the field," she said upon completing the deal.
