Ghana U17 playmaker Emmanuel Toku was named the man-of-the-match in their victory over Niger on Wednesday.
Toku was undoubtedly Ghana’s best player on the field as he tormented the Nigerian defense throughout the game.
The 16-year-old Cheetah FC attacker also scored Ghana’s last penalty kick to help the team advance to the finals.
He thus wins the most valuable player accolade for the second time in the tournament after clinching the award in Ghana’s second group game against Gabon.
