Ghana U17 fitness coach Nana Sei claims the team's fitness has improved tremendously ahead of the FIFA U17 World Cup in India in October.
The certified fitness coach who has been working with the Black Starlets for weeks says there has been a massive turnaround.
Paa Kwesi Fabin and his boys are scheduled to leave for a tour of Spain and Denmark later this month.
''For now I can say that their fitness level is around 70% from the initial 20% when I took charge of the team a few weeks ago,'' Sei told ghanasoccernews.com
''For me I always I say that its difficult to bully a fit and strong team, and since we are looking to play more matches than we did at the AFCON, there's the need to get their fitness to an appreciable level before and indeed during the tournament.
''The technical staff have been very supportive of my training programs with the boys and the players themselves have been very hardworking.
''They have about a few days left to leave Ghana and I hope that by that time we will still work hard to up it before they leave.
''At the tournament, it will be very difficult for any team to bully them in terms of fitness and I believe that with that aspect in the bag the sky will be the limit for these boys.''
The Black Starlets will face Colombia on 6 October at the Jawaharlal Nuhru Stadium in New Delhi.
