Black Stars B smash Gold Stars 6-0 in test match

Ghana’s home-based senior national team defeated Division One side Bibiani GoldStars in a test match Thursday afternoon.

Coach Maxwell Konadu’s side thumped the second tier team 6-0 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

Kotoko trio Richard Arthur, Augustine Okrah and Emmanuel Gyamfi were all on target as well as a late brace from Prince Opoku and a goal from Appiah McCarthy to seal the win.

Black Stars ‘B’ will play another friendly match against Asoka Deportivo at the same venue on Saturday (3pm).

The team is preparing for next month’s CHAN qualifier against Burkina Faso
