The avid followers of the Ghana Black Stars know that the team’s weakest link is the striking position. This has been a problem for the team since the retirement of Tony Yeboah. Asamoah Gyan has filled the void, but he alone cannot be counted on to supply the goals.
Dominic Oduro of Chicago Fire has been setting the Major League Soccer in the United States on “fire.” He currently leads the league on goals scored and is the most prolific Ghanaian Striker worldwide this year. He has pace, timing, strength and more!!. What does Dominic Oduro has to do for the coaching staff and the Ghanaian Football Authorities to invite him to help the national team with its scoring problems?
The coach recently promised to utilize players in form. I believe that Dominic Oduro is the most in form striker Ghana has at this moment. Many Black Stars fans are very disappointed the coach called the wrong Dominic for the impending assignments, perhaps he wanted to call Dominic Oduro and misspelled his last name as Adiyiah. Dominic Adiyiah has had his chances with the Black Stars. It is time to call Dominic Oduro!!
This will show to the nation and the Black Stars fans worldwide that our coaching staff and the Football Authorities are serious about solving Ghana’s perennial goal scoring problem.
