Black Stars players have shown support to goalkeeper Larence Ati-Zigi who suffered racial abuse during a UEFA Euorpa Conference league game.

Ati-Zigi was abused during the second-leg tie of St. Gallen's Conference League third-round qualifier against Polish side Slask Wroclaw. The game was halted for a while as Zigi clashed with the supporters behind his goal over the racial slurs.

Gallen lost 3-2 but progressed to the playoff round following a 4-2 victory on aggregate.

Ati-Zigi, after the terrible experience, took to his Instagram to express his displeasure.

"SAY NO TO RACISM. #message is clear" he wrote as a caption to his image from the game.

Black Stars players, Inaki Williams, Daniel Kofi Kyere, Emmanuel Boateng, Baba Rahman and Joseph Paintsil swamp the comment section to show support ti their colleagues.

Ati-Zigi joins Sulley Muntari and Kevin Prince-Boateng as Ghanaian internationals suffer racial abuse during games with their clubs.
