The Black Stars of Ghana will leave Yokohama Japan this (Friday) evening for the Scandinavian country of Iceland as they prepare to lock horns with Iceland on June 7.
The Ghana national team defeated Japan 2-0 on Wednesday and will be hoping to beat the 2018 World Cup debutants who have caused major upsets on the globe over the past two years.
Ghana are using the game to prepare for the remaining qualifying games for the 2019 AFCON whilst the Northern Europeans will use it to assess their strength as they will face Nigeria in Group D of the 2018 World Cup.
The game will be played at the 15000-capacity Laugardalsvöllur Stadium in Reykjavik.
