Black Stars to leave for US on Saturday

The Black Stars of Ghana will leave Accra on Saturday for US ahead of their double header with the Yankees and the Mexican national team.

The Stars are having their training schedules at the Accra Sports Stadium but will jet off to US this weekend to wrap-up their preparations for the game.

In all, 21 players trained yesterday (Monday) under the watchful eyes of Kwesi Appiah and his two assistants and they will continue the practice this afternoon.

Ghana will face Mexico on June 28 at Houston Texas before moving to Connecticut to face the Yankees four days later.
