The Black Stars of Ghana will receive their match winning bonus for the game against Mozambique today according to Sports Minister Nii Lante Vanderpuye.
The Black Stars beat the Mambas of Mozambique by 3-1 in the first leg of the 2017 Afcon qualifiers at the Baba Yara Sport Stadium in March this year.
The players who were not paid their match winning bonuses will be laughing to the airport on their way to Mauritius as the Sport Minister has optimistically said their cheques are ready.
"We are doing everything possible to ensure that you win the game against Mauritius.
"I must say your winning bonus for the match against Mozambique is ready and your cheques with be sent to you at your hotel in the morning," Hon. Nii Lante told the players at the Accra Sports Stadium.
He then assured the team that government is putting in place everything possible to see the team win against Mauritius to win on Sunday.
