All is set for the final showdown of the 2019 Boxer X challenge which comes off on Sunday, August 25 at Kasoa.
Over 30 bikers from all works of life are set to participate in what has been tag the biggest motorcycle challenge in the country.
More than 400 riders took part in this year's challenge which run through seven communities including Madina, Pokuase, Ablekuma, Ashiaman, Ada, Dansoman James Town and Asamankese with Kasoa to go.
An average of 60 bikers registered and participated for free in each event which consisted of four rounds; a qualifier followed by a quarter-final, a semi-final and the finals which has the passenger carriage twist.
The passenger carriage twist involves a motorist riding with a passenger across multiple obstacles to test their riding and safety awareness skills.
Riders who made it to the semifinals at each location earned a certificate and discount coupon whiles winners, ranging from the 4th to the 1st person receive a certificate of participation, a discount coupon for any Bajaj product, a microwave, a blender, refrigerator or a 40-inch television set.
The obstacles course include sand heaps, rocks, tyres, mud pits, ramps and a passenger carriage stage.
The aim of the Boxer Challenge is to give bikers across the country a chance to experience the Boxer 125 firsthand and also educate them on road safety and traffic regulations.
The Boxer X Championship is an obstacle course challenge is hosted by Somoco Ghana, sole-distributors of Bajaj two-wheeler and three-wheeler motorbikes and vehicles.
The Boxer 125 also known as the champion of rough roads with a strong 125cc engine, a sturdy suspension, mud-grip tyres and a mudguard can ride one through and across rough terrains.
