Brian Brobbey and Jeremie Frimpong, Dutch internationals of Ghanaian descent, have earned their places in the final Netherlands squad for the upcoming 2024 European Championship in Germany.

Their exceptional performances with their respective clubs throughout the season have earned them well-deserved spots on the highly anticipated tournament's final roster.

Brobbey, who displays his prowess at the Dutch powerhouse Ajax, is poised to make his debut for the Oranje. Meanwhile, Frimpong, who plays for Bayer Leverkusen, has already made two appearances for the national team.

Both players joined the national team camp last weekend, following the end of their European club season campaigns.

Brobbey's remarkable season in the Dutch Eredivisie culminated in him scoring an impressive 18 goals in 30 matches for Ajax.

Conversely, Frimpong, serving as a right-back, contributed significantly to Bayer Leverkusen's success, helping his team secure a domestic double by winning both the Bundesliga title and the DFB-Pokal.

He notably scored 14 goals and provided 12 assists from his defensive position.

Although both players are currently committed to representing the Netherlands, they remain eligible to switch allegiance to the Black Stars, thanks to recent changes in FIFA's nationality switch rules.
