Bristol City have dismissed the latest media speculation surrounding star player Albert Adomah.
Currently away on African Cup of Nations duty with Ghana, the 25-year-old winger has been linked to a number of Premier League and Championship clubs.
A report on Sky Sports suggested the former Barnet winger is attracting interest from top-flight club Aston Villa, Swansea, Wigan and West Brom, while Championship rivals Cardiff, Crystal Palace and Middlesbrough are also thought to be monitoring his situation.
But A City source today told The Post: "We have received no bids for Albert Adomah and this is all pure speculation."
Adomah has 18 months to run on his Ashton Gate contract and new head coach Sean O'Driscoll does not want to lose one of his best players.
The Post understands it will take at least £3m to persuade the Robins to sell.
Meanwhile, sources in Ghana claim Adomah will be in the Black Stars' starting line-up when they open their African Cup of Nations group campaign against DR Congo in South Africa.
