CAF CL: Amed Toure strikes late as ASEC win in Mali

The game was about the end 0-0 but Amed Toure’s late strike was enough to win it for the visitors.

The former Asante Kotoko striker struck in injury time as ASEC Mimosas narrowly defeated Stade Malien in Bamako in the first leg of their Champions League second round tie.

The Ivorians recorded a crucial away win as Toure scored in the third minute of injury time in a very tough encounter.

The second leg takes place on 23 December in Abidjan.
