CAF Executive Committee approves 2025 competition calendar

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) Executive Committee (EXCO) has approved the 2025 competition calendar and the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2025 final draw date.

The committee met on Monday, December 16, 2024, in Marrakech, Morocco, in a gathering chaired by CAF President Dr. Patrice Motsepe.

During the meeting, the CAF Executive Committee discussed the 2025 and future CAF competitions calendar. Key decisions included scheduling the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2025 final draw for January 27, 2025, in Rabat, Morocco.

Additionally, the EXCO confirmed Morocco as the host country for the TotalEnergies CAF U-17 Africa Cup of Nations in both 2025 and 2026, further establishing the nation's significant role in upcoming youth competitions.
