Ghana's home-based national team defeated Namibia's senior side 1-0 in a friendly on Saturday.
The match in Windhoek, Namibia, was Ghana's final outing before they participate at this month's African Nations Championship in South Africa.
Striker Sulley Mohammed the match winner after 28 minutes against the home side.
Maxwell Konadu's team will be heading to the tournament on Sunday.
Ghana are paired in Group C with Libya, Ethiopia and Congo for the tournament reserved for only home-based players of member nations.
The 16-nation tournament will kick-off on 11 January and finish on 1 February 2014.
