CHAN failure,good riddance for league - Daara

Communication Director of Ghana Football Association Ibrahim Sani Daara believes the domestic football league will see progress in the coming term after Ghana failed to qualify for the next year’s CHAN tourney in Rwanda.

The local black stars were kicked out after a 1 – 0 loss in Abijan and Saani Daara believes the absence of the tourney will help for a smooth 2015-16 premier league season.

“Since we are not going to the CHAN , we can now play our league with out any delay or stoppage, he stated.

“Unlike if we qualified, we would have stopped our league for sometime and go for the tournament , so not qualifying for for the CHAN tournament is somehow a blessing in disguise.
