Cape Coast, Nov 10, GNA - The Central Region Division Two Middle League kicked off on Sunday at the Robert Mensah Stadium at Cape Coast. Eight clubs are participating in the tournament with the topmost club at the end to be promoted to the First Division. In the opening match, Cape Coast Ahly Rovers beat Mankessim Striking Force 1-0. Striking Force put up a good fight even though they lost the match and won the hearts of the fans as they were not disgraced since they managed to match their opponents boot to boot to end the first half goalless. Rovers took over the attack on resumption of play and scored the match
