Central Region Division Two to kick off on January 23

Cape Coast, Jan. 5, GNA - Eight Division Two clubs will participate in the eighth edition of the Central Regional promotion of the super zonal soccer tournament which kicks off at the Robert Mensah Sports Stadium at Cape Coast on January 23 to 30.

The teams are made up of Elmina Coconut Grove Sharks, Real Moree United, Eyisam Lumumba Stars and Mankessim F/C. The others are Agona Fankobaa, Swedru Young Rangers, Ofaakor Great Odupong and Winneba Soccer Intellectuals.

According to Mr Ewudzie Sagoe, Secretary of the Regional Football Association, four clubs would be selected at the end of the tournament to participate in a Middle League soon after the tournament.
