Former Black Stars striker Charles Taylor has identified four Ghanaian coaches who share similar personalities with Spain's manager Luis de la Fuente.

Taylor emphasized that de la Fuente's greatest strengths are making bold decisions, asserting his authority, and refusing to compromise, adding that these are qualities he believes only a few Ghanaian coaches possess.

He mentioned that these coaches include Yaw Preko, head coach of Nsoatreman, Laryea Kingston, former Ghana U-17 coach, Karim Zito, head coach of Dreams FC, and Maxwell Konadu, manager of Black Leopards.

"It was a white coach who transitioned players like Inkoom, Dede Ayew, Agyemang Badu, and others from the U-20 to the senior team. A black coach would panic due to fear of criticism. There are many talents like Lamine Yamal (17 years old) in Ghana, but who is scouting them?

"The Ghanaian coaches who I believe cannot be influenced are only four: Yaw Preko, Laryea Kingston, Karim Zito, and Maxwell Konadu," he shared with Angel TV.

Taylor excluded Black Stars head coach Otto Addo from his list, stating that he does not consider the former Borussia Dortmund player a coach.

"Otto Addo is not a coach. He is a scout. He is not on my list of coaches; he can't be near the list. Instead, I would include the Black Queens' coach, Nora Hauptle, who is bolder than Otto Addo."

Spain manager Luis de la Fuente has been praised for guiding La Roja to their fourth Euros triumph.

Spain won all seven games at the tournament, making them the only team to finish an international competition with a 100% record.
