Chief constructs football field for his people

Coaltar (E/R) May 20 GNA - Baffour Addo II, Chief of Ntowkrom, near Coaltar in the Suhum-Kraboa Coaltar District constructed a football field at a cost of five million cedis in the town for his people.

Ntowkrom Lucky Diamonds, Awereoso Flamingo Stars, Otoase Koran Stars, Ayibontey Red Lions and Abibiman United of Okyerekrom are some the teams that would use the field for their matches.

Conducting the GNA round to inspect the project Nana Addo said the project was his personal contribution towards sports development in the District. Mr Samuel Kwame Obuba, Sports Secretary for the area, commended Nana Addo for his kind gesture and appealed to other chiefs to emulate him.
