Christian Atsu qualifies Newcastle to quarter-final of ePremier League

Ghana’s Christian Atsu has qualified Newcastle to the quarter-final of the ePremier League after beating Tottenham midfielder Moussa Sissoko 2-1.

Atsu had to leave it late to progress to the next round after Sako neutralized his first half lead.

With a 2-1 victory, the winger has booked a date with Liverpool defender Trent Alexandre Arnold in the quarters.

The novel e-Premier League is an invitational tournament involving representatives from the 20 Premier League teams.

From the comfort of their homes, the players compete with each other using the FIFA 2020 game.
