Club Africain are said to have tabled a deal in excess of $1.2m to sign Ghana striker Prince Tagoe.
The Tunisian giants have tabled a two-year deal to sign Tagoe who is a free agent after terminating his contract with Turkish club Bursaspor by mutual consent.
The Tunis-based club are offering an advance $400,000 payment if the former Hearts of Oak striker agrees to the deal, according to Metro941.com.
The club will have also pledged a $100,000 to be paid to Tagoe as signing-on fee plus a $25,000 monthly wage for the first year of the contract.
Tagoe will then experience an increase in his monthly salary to $37,500 for the second and final year of the contract.
The club say the mouthwatering offer is on the table for four-days – meaning Prince Tagoe must agree to this deal within this period or forfeit it altogether.
The Ghana international has been linked to a return to Serbian club Partizan Belgrade where performed creditably well.
