Coach Kwesi Appiah’s house burgled

Living as one of the key components of Ghana football in a multi-million home, you would have to be a little security conscious.

But coach Kwesi Appiah will be ramping up surveillance on his home after he was burgled with some valuables stolen on Sunday night.

The Black Stars coach was away in London to attend the wedding of Ghanaian gospel artiste Sonnie Badu when thieves raided his house at Afasiebon, near the Agric School in Kumasi, and stole four television sets and other valuable items.

Police have commenced investigations into the burglary.
