Former Liberty Professionals trainer George Lamptey has revealed the difficulties of handling a club in the Ghana top-flight.
Lamptey's lamentations include the lack of infrastructure and poor remuneration.
"There are lots of difficulties when coaching in the premiership. There are no facilities here, coaches are not being paid well and on time, players also have problems," he told Starr FM
"All these fall on the coaches which make things extremely difficult."
Lamptey rejected a return to Liberty Professionals after the club failed to re-appoint Felix Aboagye as his deputy.
