Ex-Hearts board member Emmanuel Commodore Mensah has denied claims he quit his post after clashing with majority shareholder Togbe Afede XIV.
Mensah resigned in December last year after serving for an astonishing 30-years.
But widespread media reports had claimed the veteran resigned after clashing with majority shareholder Togbe Afede.
But the former board chairman has rubbished the claims as preposterous.
"There is no truth whatsoever. I had no challenges, doubt or confrontation with him on any issue,"he told Accra-based Starr FM
"I enjoyed working under his leadership. I was instrumental in the floating of shares and so wanted to see to it success.
"It was mutual respect. I can't recall any occasion that we had differences."
