Asante Kotoko coach Maxwell Konadu has included striker Songne Yacouba in his 19-man squad to face Karela United on Friday night.
Konadu froze the Burkina Faso international after issues with his contract and said he was only going to play him after matters have been resolved.
It is unknown if Yacouba has reached a deal to extend his stay with the Porcupine Warriors.
Right back Christopher Nettey has returned to the squad after serving his one-match ban against Bechem United last week.
Kotoko are chasing back-to-back wins after the come-from-behind 3-1 win in Accra against the Hunters.
