Ho (V/R), Sept. 2, A Ho high court, presided over by Mr Justice Chiri Adama, on Tuesday lifted the interim injunction restraining the Ghana Football Association (GFA) from continuing with the first division league. The injunction of last July 29 followed an application by Mr Dickson Kofi Akortia, a Voradep supporter, protesting against the club's matches with Abuakwa Susubiribi, Aburi Millionaires and Worawora Ever Greens played in June this year. Mr Akortia was at the court today to seek an extension on the grounds that the grievances for which the injunction was filed had not rpt not been re solved by the GFA. But Mr Adama, after hearing submissions from Mr George Amissah, counsel for the GFA and Mr Samuel Nudo, counsel for Mr Akortia, said evidence before the court showed that the GFA disciplinary committee had resolved the grievances.
