An Accra High Court has thrown out the Ghana Football Association (GFA)’s application to have King Faisal’s case against it dismissed.
The GFA together with Aduana Stars, who jointly filed the application are expected to file their defence on Friday, December 12, for the hearing to commence.
The court ruled that the Disciplinary Committee of the GFA breached article 23 of its status with King Faisal’s injunction application scheduled to be heard on Monday, December 15.
The development means the start of the 2014/15 First Capital Plus Premier League still hangs in a balance.
