DCE Dissolves B/A Utd IMC

Mr.Ignatious Baffour-Awuah, the Sunyani District Chief Executive, has with immediate effect dissolved the 7-member Interim Management Committee(IMC), set up to steer the affairs of Brong Ahafo United Football Club.

A statement from the Office of the Chief Executive said, his attention has been drawn do Article 39 of the FAs regulations, which frowns on polical interferrance/intervention, and has consequently dissolved the IMC which he helped to set up a couple of days ago.

According to the DCE, he initiated that move in order to fore-stall peace in the Sunyani District,which he presides,and therefore urged B/A United to solve its problems to enable it prepare for the in-coming season.

In a related development,the Management of B/A United headed by Mr. Kingsley Osei-Bonsu has urged all players of the Club to report for traning at the Sunyani Politechnic Park on thursday.
