Daniel Amartey on the radar of Stuttgart

Leicester City and Ghana defender Daniel Amartey has emerged on the radar of German Bundesliga side VFB Stuttgart, www.footballghana.com has reported.

Stuggart are interested in signing the Ghanaian from English Premier League outfit to boost their defense in the new season.

Amartey has a deal with the Foxes that keeps him until 2020 but he is likely to make a switch following limited play time under Coach Craig Shakespeare.

The former Copenhagen defender has struggled to make the first team since the departure of ex-Leicester manager Claudio Ranieri.

Meanwhile, Stuggart returned to the Bundesliga after winning the Bundesliga II last season and are looking at improving their squad for the new season.

Amartey is likely to join compatriot Ebenezer Ofori in Stuggart if he leaves England.
