The assistant coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, David Ocloo, has resigned from his role following the team’s 1-0 win over Accra Hearts of Oak on December 16, 2024.
According to a report by ghanasoccernet.com, the coach did not provide a reason for the sudden resignation as the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season is in progress.
Ocloo was part of Kotoko coach Prosper Narteh Ogum’s backroom staff, along with John Eduafo, managing the club.
Previously, Ocloo served as the assistant coach and later became the interim manager for Accra Hearts of Oak during the 2022/2023 season.
Kotoko currently sit in 6th place on the league table with 21 points.
