Dede benched in Swansea-Palace game

Ghana winger Andre Ayew will for the first time in his Swansea City career start from the bench as they travel to Crystal Palace for Monday afternoon's English Premier League clash.

The 26-year-old has started all of Swansea’s 18 league matches and is the club’s top scorer with six goals.

It is unknown if the Ghana international has picked up an injury or has been rested for the packed fixtures this week.

But this will come as a huge hit on Ayew's confidence as he thrives on challenges.
