Dede grateful to Kumasi fans

Deputy Black Stars captain, Andre Morgan Dede Ayew has lauded Kumasi fans for their massive support after the teams 2-0 victory over the Les Coelecantes of Comoros in the 2018 World Cup qualifier.

Ghana recorded a disappointing goalless draw with the Comoransin the first leg played last Friday in Moroni, Comoros.

The Black Stars geared off into the game on a very cautious note but Wakasos 18th minute free kick and Jordans 85th minute strike were enough to win the day for Ghana.

Andre Ayew who was just voted Swansea City's player of the month of October a few minutes before kickoff believes the fans were amazing even though the stadium was not full.

Anytime we play in Kumasi the stadium is always full but we thank those who came. They have really shown us love and we are grateful.

Ghana has since qualified to the groupstage of the competition.
