Dede not leaving Marseille soon – Abedi Pele

Former Ghana captain, Abedi Pele says his son, Andre Ayew has no immediate plans of leaving Olympic Marseille.

Andre has been a subject of transfer conjectures in the last two seasons. Just recently, there were talks of him departing the Stade Velodrome outfit due to a slight misunderstanding with coach at OM.

“Despite serious contacts with Liverpool this summer, Andre did not go and he will not be leaving anytime soon,” Abedi told Le Phoceen.

When asked about his last son, Jordan Ayew who also plies his trade at OM, the three-time African footballer of the year hinted he could be leaving when the transfer window re-opens.

“For Jordan maybe in the winter he might go to a new club on loan to get more playing time.”
