Ghana Premier League side Dreams FC have announced sports betting company, Mybet.com as the club’s headline sponsor for the next one year.
The one-year renewable deal, according to officials of Dreams FC is worth in excess of GH 200,000.
The two parties announced and signed the sponsorship deal at the Ange Hill hotel in Accra on Thursday, February 8, 2018.
Speaking at the unveiling, Kweku Ohemeng, Managing Director of mybet.com said his company is excited to partner with Dreams FC and looks forward to a mutually beneficial relationship.
“We are happy about this deal we know this will help Dream FC offset some of their financial obligations as they strive for success in the coming years. As a social responsibility, we see this as a symbiotic relationship that we help both parties”, he said.
The Executive Chairman of Dreams FC, Kurt E.S Okraku, on his part said the club is more than happy with what they have been offered and is sure the partnership will be renewed in a years’ time.
“I must say that we at Dreams FC are more than happy with what has been offered. And I know that people want to know how much it is worth. I can tell you that the deal is worth in excess of GH 200,000 in cash and products.”
The deal which makes the betting giants headline sponsors of Dreams FC will see “Mybet.com” prominently displayed on the front of the club’s official kits for the 2017/18 season while earning advertising spot at the Theatre of Dreams, Dawu.
Meanwhile Dreams FC last week renewed its standing partnership with Paradise Pac Mineral Water, official water partners of the club.
