Dwarfs captain wants out of club

Ebusua Dwarfs' fine campaign in the Glo Premier League is under threat following the demand by captain Bismark Asiedu for a transfer.

The midfielder has been one of Dwarfs best players in a season where they have lost just one game scoring five times himself so far.


Asiedu is said to be unhappy with the attitude of the club's fans but refused to touch on the reasons for his transfer request in a letter to management.

"I have my personal reasons I don't want to make public. What I am doing will benefit the club and benefit me. I feel strongly about this," he says.


Dwarfs have acknowledged receipt of the transfer request and are keen to convince him to stay.
