ET goes AWOL

The Emmanuel "ET" Tetteh story goes on. According to a report in the Swedish tabloid EXPRESSEN (Nov. 25), he just vanished from his new team, Vanspor in Turkey. Fearing that ET has been kidnapped his agent made a report to the police who started a search. After 9 hours, ET was found and "arrested" by the police on Mount Ararat at a height of 5165 meters!!

According to the report it is still a mistery how and why ET got to the mountain. According to another paper in Gothenburg (citing reports from Turkey), ET is already dissatisfied with Vanspor and thinks the team is not good enough and wants to go to another team so he took contact with his adviser Metin Korkmaz and the two left the city unannounced.

Vanspor currently lies at the bottom of the Turkish first division. ET played his first and only game for the team last week. It ended in a 1-1 draw.
