Eagle Extra Stout 'eye more successful years' with Ghana Armwrestling Federation

The Brand’s Manager of Eagle Extra Stout John Baptist Akado has assured the Ghana Armwrestling Federation of their unwavering support as the federation seek to become Ghana’s preferred sport.

According to John Akado his outfit have been thrilled with the progress made by armwrestling in the country and will continue partnering them in future activities.

He disclosed that the partnership between his firm and armwrestling has been ‘mutually beneficial’ and will get better with time.

Speaking at the end of the Western Region edition of the Eagle Stout Armwrestling challenge, John Akado revealed that he was delighted with how the event panned out’.

“The competition in the Western Region was simply brilliant. I didn’t expect a lot of people to come out to support but both spectators and competitors were just awesome. I’m really impressed and hopeful that we can take this thing further. I hear some people want to form clubs here to promote the sport so it’s a mutually beneficial relationship between armwrestling federation and Eagle Extra Stout”.

“We want Eagle Extra Stout to penetrate the market everywhere in Ghana, same way we want armwrestling to get to every town in Ghana. I believe that this is the beginning of greater things to come. We launch the product in December 2017 and it has been very good but we want to take it further”.

The President of GAF, Charles Osei Assibey lauded Eagle Extra Stout for their support and asserted that the union will stand the test of time.

The Challenge would hit Koforidua, Kumasi and Bolgatanga for the first round and shall continue with the other regions in the 2nd round after July.
