Ebusua Dwarfs forward Nicholas Gyan is delighted with his red hot form in the Ghana premier league so far.
With twelve games played, the forward is leading the goal king race with eight goals, one more than he managed the whole of last season.
The striker scored the only goal of the game in his side’s 1-0 home win over Berekum Chelsea at the weekend.
Gyan says his personal determination to improve upon his tally last year is what is driving his on this season.
“I promised myself to work hard to score more than the seven goals I scored last season. So the motivation is very high, that’s why I’ve already scored more than seven.
Everything is going well, and my coach is also pushing me to do more, so I feel I'm on course,” he said.
Gyan will be looking to continue in his good form when Dwarfs travel to Bechem in Week 13 of the Ghana Premier League.
