Eleven Wonders came to frustrate us - Akunnor

Head coach of Ashanti Gold Sporting Club, Charles Akunnor has stated that Eleven Wonders came up with a plan to frustrate his side in their league game on Wednesday.

The former Dreams FC coach mentioned that Wonders were not ready to play as they resorted to delay tactics which affected his club’s style of play.

” The opponent delayed were playing delay tactics, I told my players we need to be quick in the second half. We were too slow in the first half. The second half was better compare to the first half. The substitution also helped us to get the winner” Akunnor stated in the post-match presser

Akunnor was however mute on officiating though looking at his posture on the bench during the game he was not happy with some decisions.

“Last week, I had issue with officiating and became the bad man after the game. I don’t want to talk about officiating again.”
