Techiman Eleven Wonders is in need of the intervention of God to survive the Coronavirus crisis, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the club Albert Commey has said.
In the midst of the Covid-19 storm, the club is going through financial challenges and are even owing players 3 months’ salary.
Following the extension of the ban on football activities in the country as a result of the deadly Coronavirus disease, Albert Commey says Techiman Eleven Wonders need the intervention of God.
“Our leaders don’t really regard sports in the country. Unless God intervenes and I know He will show His strength.
“The last meeting we held, we were finding ways to pay our salaries. The bankroller is a businessman and COVID-19 has affected him immensely”, he said in an interview with Albert Commey
He further revealed that the club is hoping to raise some funds for the to cater for expenses to ensure they survive these tough times.
