A director of Techiman Eleven Wonders, Meshack Asante Ameyaw has disclosed that he is in talks with some unknown persons from Tamale about a sale of the club.
News went round in the course of the week that brother of former president Mahama, Ibrahim Mahama was on the verge of a take over of the Techiman based club.
Although he confirms talks are underway between both parties but acknowledges that they are miles apart in the valuation of the club but hopes an agreement could be reached soon.
"I met with some people from Tamale regarding the takeover of Takyiman Eleven Wonders, but as to whether they are doing that on behalf of Ibrahim Mahama I can't tell." he told Fox Fm.
"We have not received any money from anybody yet, the negotiations are currently ongoing, I met with them two times but we have not reached an agreement yet."
"They have not yet accepted our price of $500,000 and we have not also accepted their offer of $400,000."
"They said I should wait for them up to Monday (11th November) and I will hear from them."
As it stands now the team is not owned by any other person than Nana Ameyaw he further clarified.
The Ghana premier league is expected to commence in the middle of next month.
