Inspirational skipper for the Togo national team Emmanuel Adebayor has officially launched his nationwide humanitarian tour that will see him providing support to children and orphanages in Togo.
The lanky forward is set to visit four of the five regions in the country as part of a pledge he made sometimes ago as plans of plans from the SEA Foundation.
The Baseksehir centre forward officially began the tour earlier today that will take him to Kara, Sokode, Amigo, Kpalime and Lome as he donates assorted items to hospitals, orphanages and other needy places in the communities.
The gesture will also see the former Arsenal and Manchester City attacker renovating a whole school in his community at Kodjooviakope, in a bother close to Ghana.
The week long event will be crowned with a visit to his academy house based in Kpalime.
Items to be donated by donated by the philanthropic Adebayor includes general goods, shirts, food items, drugs, jerseys and other assorted items.
The lanky Hawks skipper is known for his philanthropic past having visited Upper West region in Ghana eight years ago to provide such support.
The attacker is reportedly on his way back to English football after a successful stink Turkish Lig 1 side Baseksehir where he scored six goals in 10 games.
