Emmanuel Boateng suffers rib injury during draw at Hapoel Beer Sheva FC

Ghanaian midfielder Emanuel Boateng picked up an injury during Hapoel Tel Aviv's 0-0 draw with Hapoel Beer Sheva FC on Saturday.

The 22-year-old fell on his back after being hit in the ribs at the Toto Turner Stadium.

He had to be replaced in the 73rd minute by defender Doron Leidner.

Boateng will have to undergo tests to see if he will be available for their fourth match in the Championship playoff.

The former WAFA and Aduana Stars player has been one of the key players for the Tel Aviv-based side.
