Ghanaian defender Enoch Kojo Abakrow has denied reports of him retiring from football.
Reports in Ghana on Monday suggested that the 24-year-old has called it quit on football after failing to land himself a contract since 2017.
Abakrow has been without a club since being released from Elmina Sharks FC in 2017 following the expiration of his contract.
"One of my close friends called Alex who is a mobile phone repairer picked my phone without my knowledge. My Facebook password has been saved permanently so he just entered and wrote it there that I have retired from football. I cannot do such a thing at this tender age." Abakrow said
"Someone called me and told me that, he has seen a story of my retirement on my Facebook wall so I went and checked and it was true. I didn’t know about it"
Abakrow has also had spells with Unicorn FC, Eleven Wise FC, Tarkwa United and Karela United FC.
