Ghanaian winger Ernest Asante is bidding his time to earn a call-up into the Black Stars.
Asante, 26, has churned out consistent performances for Norwegian outfit Stabaek since joining from IK Start where he has netted 8 goals so far.
But the former Ghana Under-17 forward has been overlooked for international call-up.
“I am not giving up, is part of the game. You are doing your best but no one sees it but am still working hard and am giving my best and I hope I get an opportunity soon,” he told Starr FM.
Ghana coach Avram Grant has insisted he will extend his scouting pool to include every Ghanaian player anywhere in the world.
