Ernest Asante grabs 14th league goal as Nordsjaelland draw at home with Midtjylland

Winger Ernest Asante was on target for the 14th time in the Danish SuperLiga this season as FC Nordsjaelland drew 1-1 with FC Midtjylland on Sunday.

Asante scored the opening goal of the match in the 36th minute when he fortuitously directed a back pass into the net.

But the home team could not hold onto their lead and allowed Jakob Poulsen to level the scoring in the 51st minute.

Asante was replaced after 80 minutes Nikolai Frederiksen.

Teenager Michael Baidoo was a 65th minute for FC Midtjylland to make his league debut.
