Ethiopia to arrive on Thursday for Black Stars clash

The senior national football team of Ethiopia will arrive in Ghana on Thursday ahead of Sunday’s duel against the Black Stars, the Ghana Football Association spokesperson Ibrahim Sannie Daara has confirmed.

The Black Stars will welcome the Walia Ibex at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Group F 2019 AFCON qualifier.

“The Ethiopians will arrive Thursday evening and they will train on Friday at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium,” Daara said.

“The match officials will also arrive in Ghana on Friday evening.”

The Black Stars will be playing at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium for the first time over a year after they were held to a 1-1 drawn game by Uganda in 2015 AFCON qualifier
