Ex-Hearts Executives to kick Togbe Afede out

Ex-Hearts of Oak Executives have met severally over the week, planning to pay Tobge Afede off and take the team from him as they believe he is sending the team into oblivion, Sportscrusader.com can reveal.

According to a source close to some of the ex-executives of the club, the likes of Nii Ayi Bontei, Ernest Thompson, Commodore Mensah, Alhaji Hearts and Harry Zakour as well as some aggrieved current Board Members are supposed to meet over the weekend in pursuit of how they would usurp the current board chairman by taking over his 70% share in the club.

The source further revealed that some of the current board members as well as some management members perceive Togbe Afede as an arrogant leader who does not respect the opinion of others; meanwhile he lacks the knowledge of the game.

The source, who pleaded anonymity said, “One of the ex-leaders of the club told me they will be meeting to discuss the situation and possibly buy Togbe’s shares and get him out of the team.

Some of us would be very happy since we think he is jeopardizing the club.

Hearts fans will always welcome this, Togbe must go”, the source said.
