Former Inter Allies left-back Abass Mohammed is taking a shot at salvation after leaving USL side Penn FC.
The defender has been without a Club after a short time with Penn FC.
Abass who returned to the country has since been training with Kotoko in a bid to secure himself a deal with the Ghanaian giants.
He will critically be assessed by the technical team of the Club headed by Coach CK Akunnor.
The player might be given an opportunity to prove himself when Kotoko takes on the Black Stars in a friendly match on Friday at the Babayara Sports Stadium.
